60 year old female with urinary retention

I have been a case in order to make my skills better in understanding the "Patient's clinical data analysis". Making a note of all the necessary information like the history of patient's present illness, his medical history, his family history, diagnosis and treatment plan.
A 60 year old female came to the casuality with urinary retention.
History of present illness:
The patient was asymptomatic 15 days back. She had fever 15 days back with chills and profuse sweating. Since 5 days she was suffering from urine retention.
She visited the local hospital after she had fever.
History of past illness:
No chest pain
No diabetes
No asthma
Personal history:
She was a daily wage labor but she stoped working. She takes alcohol on occasions.
Appetite: normal
Diet: mixed
Bowels: regular
Menstrual cycle: menopause
Family history: not significant
Vitals:
Temperature : 98.3°
Pulse: 100/70 per min
Respiratory rate : 22/ min
GRBS: 112 mg%

Diagnosis: Acute urinary retention.
