30 yr old women with nasal Pterygium

I have been a case in order to make my skills better in understanding the "Patient's clinical data analysis". Making a note of all the necessary information like the history of patient's present illness, his medical history, his family history, diagnosis and treatment plan. 
  
A 30 year old female patient came to the OPD with a complaint of a fleshy mass in her left eye. 

History of present illness:
 The patient was apparently asymptomatic. One year back then she developed a fleshy mass on the conjectiva on her left eye which was insidious in onset and gradually progressive. 

History of past illness:
Asthma  -ve
No diabetes
No hypertension

Personal history:
Married
Occupation- home maker
Appetite- normal
Diet- mixed
Bowels- regular
Menstrual history- normal

Family history:
Not significant

Physical examination:
No pallor
No cyanosis
Temperature- 98°F
Pulse- 90/min
Respiration rate- 13/min

Diagnosis: Nasal Pterygium. 

Investigations:

Treatment:    The patient is given topical corticosteroid eye drops for the first three days and then stopped for next three days.
